Aiming to establish a free, fair, peaceful, and developed Federal Democratic Union of Burma (Myanmar).

To nurture and advance the ethnic youths so that they become legal practitioners who will implement the following objectives:

(၁) လူ့အခွင့်အရေးများကိုအခြေခံ၍ လွတ်လပ်၊ တရားမျှတ၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ပြီး ငြိမ်းချမ်းသော ဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်ထောင်စုတရပ် ပေါ်ပေါက်လာစေရန်အတွက် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးအုတ်မြစ်ကို ချမှတ်ရန်။

(၂) တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့ပြည်နယ်များ၏ဆန္ဒကိုထင်ဟပ်သည့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ၊ ပြည်နယ်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေများ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဌာန်းဥပဒေများနှင့် အခြားဥပဒေများကို ရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်။

(3) Facilitating the transformation of the national legal framework on the basis of international law, human rights laws, humanitarian law, and equal rights and self-determination of all ethnic nationalities in order that benefits of the constituent units of the Federal Union as well as of people who have been residing in each respective unit are protected.
