1. Raising public awareness of the emergence of just laws and a substantial legal framework, in which individual freedoms and collective rights of ethnic nationality, social strata and community are reflected with the underpinning of international law, international humanitarian law, international human rights law, international legal doctrines, and minimum rule of law standards.

2. Conducting legal analysis and providing legal suggestions in order for the achievement of federal democratic transition and that of the right to self-determination of the ethnic nationalities and their constituent units focusing on the three core values, “Human Rights, the Rule of Law, and Access to Justice”. 

3. Providing legal aid and assistance to selected victims, facilitation of justice defender lawyers and taking actions on those cases, which would affect structural changes of society.

4. Cooperation with organizations and individuals who have common objectives for the emergence of the federal legislature, federal government and federal supreme court– which is independent, impartial, efficient and resource-rich, and federal security forces, by which “Institutional Legitimacy” can be effectively sought to govern the entire federal democratic union of Burma.

5. Facilitation of efforts for the establishment of genuine principles of the rule of law in all proceedings in international and national courts, including those that exercise universal jurisdiction norm, to the extent that those accused of the gravest international crimes should not enjoy impunity.
